CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​At Gray’s K9 Academy, we value your time and ours. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellations by Clients

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session or class.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a booked session or class (no-show) will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee.

Weather & Acts of God

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to bad weather or acts of God.

  • Sessions will only be rescheduled or refunded if you are officially advised by management not to enter Vitozol Dog Park or if the session is cancelled by Gray’s K9 Academy.

Cancellations by Gray’s K9 Academy

  • If Gray’s K9 Academy cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A rescheduled session, or

    • A full refund, at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions, missed classes, or unused portions of training packages.

  • All payments secure your booking and trainer availability.

By booking a session or class with Gray’s K9 Academy, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
