By booking or attending any training session, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session and no-shows are non-refundable.

Training Results
Training outcomes are not guaranteed. Success depends on owner participation, consistency, and the dog’s individual temperament.

Dog Health & Behaviour
Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and safe to handle. Any history of aggression or behavioural issues must be disclosed. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any dog that poses a safety risk.

Liability
Training is undertaken at your own risk. Owners are fully responsible for their dog at all times. Gray’s K9 Academy is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during or after sessions.

Media Use
Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent.

Changes & Law
Terms may be updated at any time. These terms are governed by South African law.
